We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Condom, this charming small house of Master built in 1880 and entirely restored in 2003, with swimming pool, of a surface of 240 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m². You will also benefit from an independent flat with kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The south facing flat is composed as follows:
Basement at street level :
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), and a convertible sofa (double).
- A shower room with shower and WC.
- A laundry room.
On the first floor, access to the garden:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofas.
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, raised fireplace (wood available)... and dining area.
- A small office.
- Separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 5×10 m, covered with a tarpaulin and open from May to October. Dates of opening not contractual.
- A beautiful fenced garden of 1 800 m².
- Petanque pitch.
- Table tennis.
- An L-shaped terrace of approx. 60 m² (646 sq ft), facing south, part of which is covered with wisteria and the other with an electric canvas, equipped with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Condom, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Come and discover the capital of Armagnac, an ancient episcopal city, the welcoming town of Condom is located in the heart of Gascony. While strolling through the streets you will see its elegant mansions such as those of Polignac and Cugnac, its ancient cathedral Saint-Pierre dating from the 16th century or its superb cloister of flamboyant Gothic style. Also take advantage of your stay to discover the museum of the famous eau de vie. Discover the surroundings and the towns of Agen, Nérac and the castle of Henri IV, Lectoure with the former residence of the Counts of Armagnac...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage (1 vehicle), in front of the garage (1 vehicle) or in the garden of the house, accessible by a gate (1 vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Agen train station located 45 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport located at 1h26 by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pool towels can be provided as an option, to be booked and paid for with the provider on site.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- The fireplace is functional, wood is available, except in the low season and for long stays.
- Pets are allowed, please respect the house rules. One animal per stay.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
