ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Northeast of San Francisco, Concord is a vibrant community with exceptional food and friendly locals. Less than a mile from this beautiful 4BR, you’ll be in the heart of downtown at Todos Santos Plaza, thrumming with shops, tap houses, and music. Take the kids to nearby Pixieland Amusement Park, or hike up to Mount Diablo if you’re looking to go off the grid for a while. You can bring your pets with you to enjoy the views from your townhome’s bay windows before cozying up on the couch at the end of the day.

THINGS TO KNOW

• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• Although the area is very walkable with great things to see and do nearby, there is a large unhoused population.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.

• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
