Banheiro com retorno de mal cheiro que ia para o quarto todo. Não foi realizada a limpeza, porque não avisaram que precisava deixar a chave. Café da manhã faltando itens na mesa (tivemos que pedir reposição toda vez e aguardar). Frequentemente, não tinha gente na recepção para atender aos Hóspedes.
