"Clean room but pool is a bit dirty and need maintenance. The hotel is a bit understaffed and the restaurant is not worth it."

"Checking in was the most confusing process I've ever encountered. They still have last year's check in instructions up, which are no longer valid. It was a nightmare finding the front desk. The apartment was clean and okay. The kitchen is not equipped to make a proper meal. Washing machine doesn't work. Sadly we were very disappointed."
