The geese have arrived and Fall is here in Beautiful, Supernatural BC. The 1000 sq. ft space is 30 a minute drive to Strathcona Park, BC's oldest provincial park, offering Vancouver Island’s only full-service Alpine Village with spectacular views. Close to biking & hiking trails, beaches, marina, kayaking, kiteboarding. Easy walking distance to amenities. Private and peaceful, enjoy birds feeding in our garden nestled, in the seaside Village of Comox. Close to airport, ferries, float plane, hospital, gym. Mt Washington is open for hiking and biking. Private and peaceful you can relax with a hot chocolate after a day of skiing or hiking and enjoy birds feeding in our garden nestled, in an established family neighbourhood in the seaside Village of Comox. GooseSpit beach only 5 minutes away. Recreation Centre with infra red sauna only a 2 minute walk. Close to airport, ferries, float plane, hospital. As this is my family home you may hear a bit of normal family banter from upstairs.

No rowdy behaviour, smoking, drugs, excessive drinking or partying anywhere in or around the property or rental space at any time..
Please be mindful of the neighbours to be very quiet when entering and exiting the property especially late at night. Quiet hours between 10pm - 7am.
Maximum stay of 29 days. Leave the home clean and tidy as you found it. Ensure the gate is properly latched upon entering and leaving the property.

This is a lovely home with a beautiful garden. It is within a pleasant walk to downtown Comox and the waterfront. The apartment was spotless and the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showers. We enjoyed meeting our host who checked in during our stay to make sure everything was as we wished. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Didn’t like anything about the property.Outside was nice but furniture was hard sitting, the fridge needs replacing. The whole space was too choppy as in split kitchen, too many doors and a slight smell of sewer at night. Anyway,not for me so I left early.

The place was more spacious than expected and we received a warm welcome from Trish when we arrived. She provided a nice little touch with chocolates on the pillow, extra beach towels, tea bag, coffee and hot chocolate. We just didn't like the mattress, too soft for our taste but tastes differ.

We enjoyed staying with Trish! The suite stayed surprisingly cool despite the warmer temps outside. Trish was super nice and helpful - she showed us more of her artwork and also shared some suggestions for local eats and activities. Her garden was also so lovely!

On a scale of 1-10, this property was a 20. Spotless, quiet with amazing garden and fabulous artwork. So many little touches. Anything we thought we would need was there. We will go there again.

The garden is beautiful and the place has every convenience and many thoughtful touches (lovely decor, night lights to find your way at night, complimentary tea, coffee and treats). We will stay here again!

Cozy suite in Comox

Nice cozy suite with plenty of room for two. Everything we needed for our stay. Lovely garden & easy walking distance to trails & downtown restaurants. It was nice to be able to park our car & walk everywhere.
