自然に囲まれた落ち着けるホテル
コモの市内からはちょっと離れていますが（徒歩30分、私たちはタクシーを使いました）、その分、自然に囲まれて落ち着けるホテルです。ホテル内に３カ所レストランがありますが、プールサイドのレストランが一番安価かつカジュアルで、皆利用していました（なので、予約したほうがいいです）。遊覧船で湖を回る時は、わざわざコモ市内まで行かなくてもホテル近くの船着き場からも出発できますので、そちらをご利用されてください。ホテルスタッフに聞くと教えてもらえます。スタッフは皆、英語ができます。

Fantastic Hotel with nice location
We stayed 1 night and really enjoyed swimmming at pool facility. Also, the staff in breakfast are very kind- we really satisfied with thier service.

満足度が高かったです。
仕事で4日間ほど利用でした。移動は、徒歩とタクシーでしたがどこに行くにも立地条件が良かった。部屋は、一人には十分な広さでありバスルームも快適。タオルは小ぶりなモノがなかったので体を洗うのにはやや不便。一番残念なのは、朝食に野菜がほとんどないこと。初日はよかったのですが四日目になるとさすがにサラダが食べたくなります。

今回はビジネス目的の滞在のため、各種施設など全く利用しなかったため、単に受け付けの対応、部屋の快適さなどを評価した結果を出しました。受付の対応はしっかりフレンドリーで、ちゃんと名前を覚えて呼びかけてくれるなど好感がもてました。部屋は十分な広さがあり、特段不満はなかったが、ヘアドライヤーが旧式の掃除機みたいなタイプであったことと、部屋の掃除は完ぺきではなかった点がマイナス評価でした。とくに可もなく不可もなないホテルといったところですが、屋外プールが見た目は素敵でした。

except price, this hotel is nice!
swimming pool was nice, but the restourant price are a littele bit high. i know this area is very confortable, but I think they charge me the parking fee, even they have many parking under the ground. all staff are very nice. we enjoyed staing there.

非常に静かな環境で，のんびり静養するには最適です． ただし，周囲にはレストランやスーパーなどは全くありません． 今回は2人でツインルーム利用でしたが，カードキーではなく本当の鍵が一個打でしかなく，不便でした． バスタブはなく，シャワーのみでした． 部屋内に電気ポットがなく，茶やコーヒーが沸かせないのが残念でした．

The hotel is in a quiet location, about 25 minute walk into town. Parking was very convenient in a garage under the hotel. Check in was very smooth and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Quiet neighborhood, close to the ferry. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely return here if we were to come back to Como.

Property was great. Staff messed us around when we wanted to stay an extra night. We had a lot of time wasted and miscommunication. Didn’t end up staying longer.

Would recommend nice hotel good location
Good location on the lake and overall a very nice hotel would recommend although we have extended our stay as we liked it here they have charged us a fair bit more on the nightly rate than our first few days which is a little unfair

Modern and clean- also had a pool! Walking distance to the ferry and a nice super market . Other then that, you need a taxi to the main part of town . The front desk was very helpful with that. The dining options at the hotel are great as well

Shower head was broken. Drainage was poor in the tub. Overall size small . Hotel is not cheap. One would expect better facilities for the price paid. Staff was very helpful though. Sheraton at airport is much better.

Indifferent at checkout, slightly disorganized. Good location and close to Cernobbio and some good restaurants. Concierge was terrible and quickly told the restaurant in the property (kitchen) was fully booked, so I proceeded to find multiple reservations at the Fork website within minutes of being told they had no availability. Most of the staff spoke very good English.

We had to be picked up by bus because the hotel would not call a taxi for us. Hotel is not well kept…our toilet seat was falling off as well as mold in the shower and on the “balcony.”. There are NO good views of the lake from here. We left early.

Great staff and hotel some problems though
Great staff and good location, we had a problem with the hotel taxi not picking us up from station. There was a lot of noise around the pool area as an Alnovis event guests was allowed to make lots of noise and generally act very badly. Could not fault the hotel staff , lovely pool and food good.
