Very good place to stay one or two nights. Very close to the train station, to the supermarket, and to Como Lake. The only situation is the noise at night. The good is that you can cook your own food. Because there is a kitchen available.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Lake Como, and I was impressed! It’s conveniently close to the station, making arrival super easy. The hotel itself was lovely—charming rooms and a cozy atmosphere. Best of all, it was just one block from the lake, perfect for a quick walk to enjoy those beautiful views!

Ornella was an extremely helpful and accommodating host! She provided us with useful information about the local area to help us with our stay. The accommodation was in a great location, and our room had lovely views towards the mountains. The only minor thing to note is that it is situated close to the main road, although this didn’t bother us at all. We just wanted to mention it for future guests to be aware of. Thank you, Ornella, for your wonderful hospitality! We really appreciated it. 😊

The room was clean and good for the price, the location was ideal and very close to the centre of Como! Lots of food places, bars and close to boat hires. The host was lovely and very helpful as well as the cleaner being really helpful and friendly. However, the room was a little bit smaller than we expected and had no mirror, the bathroom was not connected to the room.

The managers were great. I would stay there again. Delightful. Angelo went the extra mile to help us. He brought us a cloud cake that was sooo good.

The best thing about this DimoraVico Place its near lake como and train stations and its very clean and spotless only thing that needs changing is the mattress feel like it it got bump and could only sleep on other side. Sadly the walls are thin and can hear people in other rooms not much also on hallway alot. Doors are load when shutting them. Also on busy main road but did not stop me from getting good night sleep. Enjoyed my stay and it really helped having places all around even 24 hour supermarket. My only feedback for the rooms again is new mattress and place mini fridge inside each room.

This hotel is built into an apartment building on the main street of Como, which is busy all day with cars, buses, trucks and motorcycles, and so was noisy at night. It is close to the lake front, and had all good amenities, but it is on the “2nd floor” (third level of the building) 2 double flights of stairs and no lift (elevator). Beware if you have heavy luggage or are older people. You deal with the manager via WhatsApp, and never see the staff. There are several great restaurants nearby.
