Excellent apartment amenities, spacious, clean, easy to checkin, good location to Como center and ferry ports, communication with the host was good. One down the side, the apartment is street side, so it is noisy from pedestrian and vehicular traffic and especially an access gate.

The location is perfect .Modern, spacious, clean, super bright and comfortable rooms. Everything very close to the property, train station , restaurants, bars and shops . Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas. The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport. The owner/host is so kind and helpful and always ready to help when needed. And also provided free coffee, biscuits, water, crackers as well in the apartment. This was a lovely accommodation. Comfortable apartment for a group or family of four. The experience was amazing. All in all we enjoyed the apartment, and will choose it again when visiting Como again. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment

Cavallotti4 was more than we expected — it truly felt like our home away from home. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, with every type of dish, cooking pot, and even multiple coffee makers. This apartment has absolutely everything you might need and more! One fun thing we noticed: everything seemed to be just a 7-minute walk away! Whether it was the ferry, the train station, a restaurant, or the supermarket (which is open 24 hours), nothing was ever more than a 10-minute stroll. The location couldn’t be more convenient. We felt very safe walking around at any time, day or night. I traveled with my two children and never once felt unsafe — even in the evenings. We would happily stay at Cavallotti4 again anytime. Highly recommend!
