「Roberta who met us to let us into apartment was wonderful! Friendly,」

「This was the most beautiful, least functional room of our entire trip. The view was amazing but we didn't get to enjoy it much as we were barely in the room except to sleep. Obviously I saw in the pics that the shower and tub were in the open which I don't love, but I still booked it. The bigger problem is that the room is soooooo loud. We didn't sleep at all. 「수건 ㅈㅇ책이 2일에 한번 이라고 함. 1, 2일차는 새 수건이 준비되었는데 3일차는 새 수건이 없었음. 요즘 같은 여름에 문제가 있는 정책임. 다행히 연락하니 저녁에 갖다주었음. 버스, 페리, 기차역, 호수 다 가깝고 다른 건 다 좋음.」

「Leider nicht ganz so gut wie erwartet. Im Badezimmer war viel Schimmel an den Fugen aber auch etwas an der Wand. Zwischen Regal und Wand waren einige Spinnenweben und das Bett hat die ganze Nacht, bei jeder Umdrehung gequietscht. Das Team vor Ort war super, hat sich auch direkt um das Thema gekümmert, soweit es möglich war und hat ein Ersatzzimmer und eine Teilerstattung angeboten. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut.」
