The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "Nice location, in the middle of nowhere. Comfortable beds and pillows. The VRBO description states that you get 3 rooms when renting, however, they actually rent by the room/unit. You need to know Italian to communicate with the host. It would be helpful if there were checkout instructions in English. The shower is extremely small, only for very skinny individuals."

"Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...

"A very nice place with spectacular surroundings. We had a lovely stay! Only 2 things to take into account: the nearest supermarket is 20 m away and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes."

"A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

"This Summer was third year in a row for our family to stay in this wonderful villa in a charming area of Italy. Excellent place and all the things we like in Italy, trips to neighboring cities and the Monster Park, enjoying the landscape, atmosphere, food, culture and people. And a delicious pizza night. We hope to return in 2025."

"The flat is cozy, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Many good resturants are near the apartment. Its location is good and very close to the sightseeing within 5-10 min walk. The apartment staff Rita customer service is excellent, responsible and very helpful. Without elevator is a concerned for elderly people if they are carrying luggages. Other than that, it is a perfect accommodation."
