Located in a calm area, a few minutes away from the city-center of Combloux, this comfortable accommodation is perfect for a stay in the mountains, in winter or in summer.

This beautiful 50 sq. m flat on the first floor of a redesigned flat is composed of :
- a cosy and comfortable living-room,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- a bedroom with a single bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher)
- an attic bathroom with a tub,
- hoover, hair dryer, high chair, cot,
- TV and Wifi,
- a ski locker,
- a parking spot is available.

Note : the bathtub doesn't allow to shower standing up.

## Neighborhood

Located close to the slopes and the cable cars, you will be in the best place to enjoy the huge ski area of the resort. All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within walking distance of the accommodation, as well as many bars and restaurants. A 10 minute walk will take you to the centre of the village of Combloux where you can enjoy all the entertainment in winter and summer. You will find the traditional restaurant Le Loup Comblé, the chic restaurant Le Chalet d'Emilie or on the slopes the restaurant Le Coeur D'or. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities in the resort: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.
