Sleeping Arrangements

Main-Floor Primary Bedroom:
King-size bed with comfortable linens, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, blackout curtains, sound machine, fan, space heater, Smart TV, and extra blankets.

Upstairs Loft/Bedroom:
Two twin beds plus a queen-size futon for additional sleeping accommodations. Includes a Smart TV, extra blankets, and a separate heating and air unit for added comfort.

Living Room:
Additional futon suitable for one guest or child.

The property accommodates up to 7 guests and includes two full bathrooms.

What Guests Should Know About the Space / Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire back residence, including a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private backyard. There are no shared interior spaces.

This property is a historic duplex consisting of two completely separate private residences, which is common for homes in walkable historic downtown neighborhoods. Your unit is tucked away for privacy while still placing you right in the heart of Uptown Columbus.

The private fenced backyard is exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay and is especially cozy in the evenings with the string lights, lounge seating, fire pit, and grill.

Parking: Free street parking is available throughout the area. Please always park in the direction of traffic to avoid receiving a ticket.

EV Charging: An EV charger is available upon advance request. Because the charger services the property, please notify us before arrival if you plan to use it so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Additional Information Before Booking

Families: The home is family-friendly and includes toys and games. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request.

Pets: Up to two pets are welcome. The backyard is fully fenced for added convenience and security. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

Events & Gatherings: Events, parties, and gatherings require prior approval. Please submit your request before booking whenever possible so we can confirm whether the property can accommodate your plans. Unauthorized events or gatherings may result in a $1,000 fee.

Commercial Photography & Filming: Commercial photography and filming are welcome with written approval prior to booking. Unauthorized commercial filming or photography may result in a $1,000 fee.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the property.

HVAC: Please do not set the air conditioning below 70°F or the heat above 78°F.

Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM

The home is approximately five blocks from the Chattahoochee Riverwalk and within walking distance of Downtown/Uptown attractions including the Springer Opera House, RiverCenter, Columbus State University’s downtown campus, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Fort Benning is approximately a 15–20 minute drive.
