This stay is located in the Southern Orchards neighborhood just a few blocks away from Children's Hospital, German Village, and Downtown Columbus. This home features recent updates throughout the home. New floors, drywall, and windows were installed in 2022 which makes the space very quiet! The kitchen and bath were recently updated as-well.

This home features two bedrooms and one bath with a fully fenced in back yard perfect for families or if you are traveling with a pet. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinner ware, cookware, and utensils. A toaster, keurig, and microwave are also provided. The living area also offers a pullout sleeper sofa that can sleep two additional guests.

This stay offers complimentary coffee, water, and a small selection of non perishable breakfast foods. There are also ZERO pre checkout chores to perform before you leave!

Our stay:
Location left a lot to be desired. Parking was very tight . Our truck was broken into. Outside of property very unkept. Inside was clean. Check in was very easy.

Above and beyond!
This rental was very clean and in an extremely quiet neighborhood for being so close to the city. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchen with all the stuff we needed for the long weekend. Communication with the owner was very good. It had advertised a hair dryer, so I did not bring one. When I couldn’t find one and asked about where it might be, I got a response that it had gone missing and that one had just been dropped off on the porch…brand new and still in the box!! Great service and I was very appreciative! I even got a message saying someone’s shirt was left behind! Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Columbus.

Great place!
My girlfriends and I stayed here for a quick overnight trip. The place was exactly as pictured…cute, clean, and comfortable! And, the host was super responsive to our questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great price! Host was responsive and very nice. House was clean. Neighborhood is not the greatest but it was quiet. Furniture was very basic and uncomfortable.

Sports Travel Trip
This was perfect for our trip. We do travel sports and this is so much nicer than staying in a small hotel room with 3 people for 3 days. Might I add also cheaper than a hotel room. House was very cute and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. I appreciate having coffee on hand as well.

Comfortable house located conveniently
My husband and our kids, 15 and 17 stayed here for a weekend while in town for GalaxyCon. Super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. No problems with the neighborhood or parking.
