Only problem is at the sidewalk closest to the road. The walk is sinking some and raised slightly maybe an inch on one side. It's a very good place to cause a fall. I know I did. Severally skinning a knee. I was very lucky at 72 years of age not to have gotten something broken. I'm not the sueing kind but a lot of people are. Would suggest it be checked out. Sooner rather then later. Stay was fine otherwise. Forgot to tell the staff about it. My fault.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would have liked a few more towel/clothing hooks in the bathroom area. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was good.

The front entrance was completely blocked off so you had to enter from the side and there was limited parking. Making your way to the side entrance was not well marked nor accessible by all. The hotel also did not note when booking it was under construction. I was put on the first floor which was also very noisy especially with people coming and going from the side entrance. I also don’t like a room that limits how cool I can have my room. The air conditioner never fully removed the humidity either. As a business professional I won’t book here again.

Housekeeping forgot to clean my room and it became too late to get it done late at night, which was offered. Management never got back to me to rectify the situation. It casts a stain on what was otherwise a decent stay. I am now wondering if it is worth the time and trouble to book with them again. Management should have been on top of this due to the fact that we paid the highest rate for that night. So disappointed in how it was handled. I left feeling like management did not care since they had a captive audience of college parents. Quite a few other choices to make from this moment forward.

Property was very clean (smelled wonderful!), room was wonderful. Soundproofing was a little lacking. And I-70 is *right there*, not far from the property (in other words, you might want some earplugs for sleep).

Rooms were nice and spacious, but highway noise was terrible. Noise from highway woke us several times and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast area was packed full of people so sat in lobby to eat. Fresh fruit was nice addition to breakfast selection.

My only issue was parking. I reported a car in a handicapped spot that did not display handicapped signage, and I have a handicap parking tag but had to park in the back. I asked the front desk if they could either find the owner of the car and ask them to move or report it so they could be ticketed but the next day after almost everyone was checked out, the car was still there which makes me think it belonged to the staff. That’s a problem for someone that truly needs the space. It was my only issue . The breakfast was very good!!!

The shower ruined the stay lol. To get warm water you have to crank it all the way to the highest temperature setting and then it fluctuates from scalding hot to freezing cold.

The room I had must have been newly redecorated. It was excellent! I was not a fan of the parking. Little in front. Big parking lot in back BUT you would have to enter thru a side entrance and safety was an issue to me. Didn't get opportunity to eat breakfast. The front entrance area was dirty and needed to be vacuumed.

If you are looking to relax in the hot tub after a long day of travel or just wanting you kids to enjoy the pool, keep looking. The pool chlorine was so strong that it burnt our eyes and throat immediately upon opening the door to the pool room so we decided to leave for bit and get something to eat and would check it out when we returned. When we got back it had subsided some so we decided to sit in the hot tub for bit. Unfortunately the hot tub was not hot at all. I did notify the front desk of the strong chlorine smell and that the hot tub was cold. He told me he would notify his manager and left the desk. When he returned he told me that he only needed to add water to the hot tub. I asked when the manager would be available and he ignored me. I returned to my room and took a shower to the loudest shower I have ever heard! Sounded like a Jack hammer. I figured it wouldn’t help to complain given my experience from the pool and hot tub. Won’t be returning.
