You'll love this home base for your family and friends as you enjoy the wonders of Colorado Springs. Relax on private outdoor patios or enjoy a fireside chat. When you're ready to move, you're just 3 minutes from I-25, Powers Blvd and every convenience you'd want while on vacation.

This 4 bedroom 2 story home on acreage has central fireplace on the main floor, that opens on two sides to both the formal dining and the living room. When it is time to retire for the night, you'll find four spacious and comfortable bedrooms upstairs, along with two clean full bathrooms with tubs.

Outside you'll find two separate entertaining spaces - one patio with a firepit and one with a BBQ and outdoor dining table. As far as entertainment goes, there is a smart TV in the living room and plenty of board games and puzzles for your family to enjoy during your stay.

This home has been recently refurnished. It comes stocked with all you'll need to get your vacation started: coffee, cooking basics, pots, pans silverware, soaps, linens, towels, etc.

We're just minutes from the property, so if there is anything needed during your stay, we're happy to oblige.

A Wonderful Cottage
Our stay was excellent. The Cottage was very clean and very well furnished. It is certainly located to anywhere you may want to go. We are considering going back again in the summer.

Family USAFA weekend
This home suited all of our needs for a long weekend in the Springs. We enjoy that area of town for its easy access to so many things. The home was perfect for our family of seven, and we were thankful for the great outdoor space to relax. The owner was wonderful with communication as well. We hope to stay here again on a return trip.

Perfect Family Getaway Rental
We were very impressed and surprised how amazing the house and location were, exceeded our expectations!!! Loved the extra touches for children that was available. We can't wait to stay here again, next time we are visiting the area!!

great location and property
The great thing about this stay was the responsiveness of the property managers/owners. The property is great, with amazing outdoor space and nice usable inside space. It was easy to get in and find everything we needed. It is really close to the highway, restaurants, and shopping. My wife even found a gym nearby to get a one day pass and get a workout in. They were super family friendly - leaving out crayons and coloring books for the kids, and even some kids card games. However, we have a two year old who is walking but not super steady on his feet. The stairs are a bit steep for him and we were concerned about him falling. I emailed the team to ask if there was a baby gate somewhere that I had missed; I knew it was a long shot. They didn't have a baby gate at the property, but came the next morning and installed a baby gate to help us. I mean, I wasn't asking for that or expecting it, and that was super above and beyond from what I wanted. Our family was appreciative. If I need a VRBO in Colorado Springs again, this is top of my list. Thanks to the team for a great experience.

Family vacation around Colorado Springs
Great location. Plenty of space. Very clean. Use of garage was greatly appreciated especially with the occasional threat of hail in the forecast. I would bring my family back and stay again.

Amazing in every way
Hosts were very amazing and accommodating! The place was perfect for our needs! We traveled to visit family so we had plenty of room so everyone was comfortable! I highly recommend this place and we will absolutely stay again if available
