Bedrooms: The property features four tastefully furnished bedrooms, each designed to provide comfort and tranquility. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, guest bedroom #1 with a queen-sized bed, guest bedroom #2 with a full-sized bed, and guest bedroom #3 with a twin-sized bed. Ample storage space, soft linens, and stylish decor complete the inviting atmosphere.
Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms available, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The master bathroom includes a luxurious soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploration, while the other bathrooms feature modern fixtures and refreshing showers.
Living Area: The spacious living room is an ideal gathering spot for family. Sink into the comfortable sofas and enjoy quality time together. The room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, cable, and streaming services for your entertainment.
Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cookware and utensils, you'll find everything you need to whip up culinary delights. Enjoy your meals at the adjacent dining area with seating for the whole group.
Outdoor Space: Step outside to a serene backyard oasis. Relax on the patio furniture while savoring a cup of coffee or enjoy a delightful barbecue using the provided grill. The fenced yard provides a safe space for children to play or for guests to simply soak up the Colorado sunshine.
Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and cooling, a washer and dryer, and private parking are among the many amenities offered for your convenience.
Guest will have entire home to themselves. Some rooms are locked and off limits.
Quiet family neighborhood
For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80

It is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stay
No Smoking Please!
Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or on the premises: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.
We use third-party guest screening: We use a third-party company for guest verification. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
