I like Fairfield Inn brand. That said, this facility is okay but not great. The decor is a bit dated and the parking lot has some giant potholes. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. All in all, you pay a little more for the Fairfield name so I expect the property to be worth it. This property is borderline. Note: Old Chicago and Outback Steakhouse are very close. There is a pool but no hot tub.

Great time! A little inconvenienced.
The outlet in the bathroom was out. It was very inconvenient for my girlfriend to get ready for our party.

Good stay, we checked out one day early. We were charged for parking which has not happen before previous stays. We checked out one day early we’re still charged for parking. This is not the Marriott way of doing business. Will not stay at this property again.

All wonderful, staff, room condition, cleanliness. I checked out very early in the morning, so didnt experience tgeir breakfast, but the breakfast lobby looked like one of the best I've see, even with a little free take one/leave one library.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t that much better. Shower curtain was stained and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to collapse after the patchwork that was previously done to it. The staff was great though!!

Great location! The rooms are very clean. The front desk receptionist in the evening and in the morning are phenomenal! Very friendly, professional and helpful. I recommend this hotel to my family snd friends.

Everything was nice. We were well greeted and offered options on rooms. The morning attendant was also very helpful and kind. My disappointment was breakfast. The eggs were fake and way overcooked. The oatmeal was like dried-up mud and no milk or brown sugar was available to make it edible. They did have the option of cereal, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, and blueberry muffins.

Heroic Staff help Bereved Family
We were having a stressful time, a family funeral, and discovered that our home was being threatened by a wildfire. The hotel staff were so kind. My daughter was in a wheelchair and my husband had to run home to help with the fire. The staff helped us up to our room, left us a beautiful card with messages signed by all the staff! The fire is out and the Memorial Service was beautiful! The staff helped comfort us in a great time of need! Thank you to all of you!!!!

I did not even stay at this hotel cause when I pulled up it had homeless people hanging around outside. It looked very out dated compared to the picture and just gave me a not so good feeling when I pulled up. So I canceled and went to a different hotel
