After life as the "Many Pines" tree nursery for decades the property became a home in the 1950s. The suite has since been tastefully renovated with a full kitchen, large living space, fireplace, dining area and cabin style decor. When you step out the door 2 acres of nature welcomes you. There is a large patio where you can relax and spend time with your favorite person in the hot tub or by the fire. Staying here feels like stepping into a simpler past.

One of the best things about this property is its proximity to exploration and attractions. You can head deeper into the mountains and visit Woodland Park or down into Colorado Springs within 10 minutes. Some of the highlights close by:

The yard on the property has plenty of space for activities and the patio by the creek is a fun common area where you can sit by the fire and listen to the water bubbling underneath the trees.

The downstairs suite is a private entrance/space there is no internal connection between this space and the house. The hot tub/patio is shared with 1 other unit elsewhere on the property. The ceiling height matches 1950s build standards and no ideal for uniquely tall individuals
