Two bedrooms, kitchen and living on main floor with original restored hardwood floors and a second living room with a game table, two bedrooms and standup shower/toilet in the basement. Privacy fenced backyard with patio furniture. One month minimum stays. Small dogs can stay for $50/month extra/billed separate. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS due to owners severe cat allergy and new carpet.
