Comfortable apartments in a great location in the center of Cologne, with a tram stop right outside the door.

  • The apartment has 52 m² of living space. It is bright and modernly furnished and is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story apartment building.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette. From the dining area and the loggia, you have a beautiful view of the garden, the trees, and the adjacent Südstadion.

The “Pohligstr.” stop on Line 12 is right near the apartments; buses run every 10 minutes to downtown Cologne. It’s just under 10 minutes to “Rudolfplatz.”

Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, banks, restaurants, and pubs are nearby and just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The property was clean and comfortable and Hasan greeted us warmly and provided useful information about Köln and the area around the apartment. It was nine stops on the U-bahn from the station but this was easily negotiated and the hosts instructions on how to reach tge apartment were clear.

We had a great visit and our place was perfectly located to see everything in Cologne. We caught the train often which is very close by. This is the first place we have stayed in Germany where the washer and dryer worked!!

Great apartment in a convenient location for Koln

My family and I (3 adults and one 15yr old) comfortable stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The facilities were excellent even in the heat wave and the tram stop 1 min up the road made it very easy to get into Koln city centre within 20 minutes. The beds and shower were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a small balcony which gave a lovely view into the distance as the apartment was in the 3rd floor. Also there was a drying rack to allow our freshly washed clothes to dry that didn’t go into the dryer. The owner (Arndt) spoke perfect English and was very helpful before and during the stay. There was rentable parking outside the block through Ampido which was straight forward to book.

Just as you see it and expect for this rental

Very good and clean efficiency apartment. The communication about check in was done in the day prior which could have been better. Minor issues that need some upkeep but overall a good solid rental. No major surprises and everything was usable as expected.

Unfortunate interaction

Without instructions on how to meet the property manager we were 7 minutes late., as we were standing outside waiting. He was angry, condescending and rude. It ruined a trip I have waited 30 years to take my children on.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
