The home was even better than we anticipated. Phillipe greeted us and showed us how the house operated. It had everything anyone would need, washer and dryer, both American and European coffee makers, tea kettle, all modern and new appliance, and the list goes on.

The location could not have been better. It felt surreal to be staying right on Omaha Beach. The ocean is literally visible from the couch in the house. Incredible view. House has a driveway and easy parking area. House is very clean and seems new. We loved being in a more secluded area. If you prefer to be more in town and "close to the action," this would not be the place for you. We bought groceries in Bayeux (except grocery store was closed on Sunday when we arrived so we had to go on Monday). Our host was responsive. The only minor downsides were the mattress was not comfortable and there were some amenities we didn't get such as shampoo, soap, kitchen cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper to last our stay, and others. If you stop at a grocery store, you will need to get everything you would need to use during your stay. Overall this place is fabulous.

Ein echtes Juwel am Omaha Beach – absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist wirklich ein kleines Juwel – die Lage direkt am Strand des Omaha Beach ist einfach unschlagbar. Nur ein kurzer Weg den kleinen Hügel hinunter, und man steht mit den Füßen im Sand.Das Haus selbst ist in einem Top-Zustand: modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.Unsere Woche in diesem Haus war einfach traumhaft. Der Gastgeber war superfreundlich und flexibel – auch unser Wunsch nach einer sehr frühen Abreisezeit war überhaupt kein Problem.Wir sind begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Eine klare Fünf-Sterne-Empfehlung!

We spent a week in this great accommodation. Already for the third time. The location is perfect and the house is beautifully furnished. It invites you to pure relaxation and switch off from everyday life. we can only recommend this to everyone.

Beautiful house with an amazing view.

We had a great time at this house over Easter 2022. The house is nicely situated at Omaha Beach, the view from the living room and wooden deck is amazing. There was nothing that we missed in the house in terms of kitchen / equipment and we really liked the interior decoration.
