Parking free, clean room but stained sheets. You cannot smoke outside your room or near the hotel, but you cannot smoke for more than 1 hour if the police are not called. Bathroom with fungus on the hard and very wet bathroom floor.

The room exhibited an unpleasant odor. We advise against occupying this space if you are experiencing illness. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, a distinct cannabis odor was present upon my arrival in the room. All furnishings and fixtures within the room appear to be aged and require replacement. The toilet was so dirty, please women you have the clean the toilet sit before using especially around the rim fron inside the toilet sit.

The photos for the property are deceiving. Dirty sheets, bathroom was dirty, look like the outdoor maintenance is not done and a lot of strange people hanging outside.

No one checked to see if I needed fresh towels, clean sheets, empty trash etc nothing at all the entire stay. I finally had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and trash bags which I couldn’t get because maintenance had already left for the day. The staff both checking in and checking out were extremely nice, knowledgeable and friendly but everything else was pretty bad.

This place is old and a little run down. The rooms are not cleaned very good and things are dark and dingy. Our rooms out by the sink did not work and trying to get to one to plug hair dryer in was difficult as it was buried behind dresser. The light by the sink was on a timer of some sort so would go off if you did t move enough to keep it on. We got nothing to put on the floor when getting out of the shower onto the dirty floor. We only got 2 towels and 1 rag and 1 hand towel. I thought it would be loud as on main road but it was not and they had security in the parking lot at night.

The floors where so dirty that after a shower I used the bath mat towel to shuffle to the bed and that towel was absolutely black the same on Saturday night it left a muddy streak on the floor The refrigerator didn't keep anything cold The TV is hard to operate. The bed was very firm hurt my back ! However it isn't the worst motel

When I arrived I was told I had to make a thirty dollar deposit which was not mentioned when I booked. Then was told they do not accept cash for payment and directed me to a credit card machine to get a card for payment. .

It stunk. Water mold everywhere. Just dirty. Should have expected it. We only needed a few hours of rest before getting back on the road, but this was a terrible experience and we will not be frequenting another red roof inn or sister establishment.

The property was terrible. Outside was outdated and very dirty. Windows were not clean, rooms were disgusting. Was told I could not be refunded because I should have looked at the photos online to see what the rooms looked like. Meanwhile, the photos online as opposed to what it looks like in person is very different. Only plus side was the time it took to get to where we were going.
