Large, modern villa "Woodhouse", 3 storeys. 650 m from the centre of Colico, 38 km from the centre of Lecco, 69 km from the centre of Como, 1.1 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). In the house: fitness room, table football, storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket, restaurant 650 m, bar 600 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Colico" 650 m, grass beach "Lido di Colico" 1.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 37 km, surf school 1.4 km, riding stable 3.4 km, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: Forte Montecchio Nord, Abbazia di Piona, Torri di Fontanedo. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Livigno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Pian di Spagna, Monte Legnone. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
