気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Staff were courteous. Room was clean. We had to repeatedly ask for towels as housekeeping would take used towels but not replace tgem on seveal occasions. The grounds are moderate and showing their age woth the 3 onsite restaurants generally good. The location is directly on the flight path of departing aircraft, so be prepared to deal with jets overhead mainly in the afternoon as there re not many floghts departing late in the evening. The pool is minimal but the rooms have mostly been renovated but lack quality furniture. As this is on the lagoon there is no beach and traffic in and out of the area is always very busy.
I rate this resort as a 2 to 3 star.
