CDA Lake Escape in Fort Grounds is the perfect lake home for a luxurious and comfortable vacation! Nestled right in the heart of Coeur D'Alene, our lake house is only a block from the lake and a 5 minute walk to Downtown Coeur D'Alene and all its offerings, yet tucked away on a quiet lot with a private backyard for privacy and peace.

Located in one of Coeur D’Alene’s most prestigious and sought after neighborhoods, Fort Grounds, a beautiful tree-lined street in a historic district tucked between North Idaho College and Downtown CDA, a sweet backdrop for new memories during your restful lake getaway. Because of its location and proximity to things, guests can enjoy biking around town, strolling to Downtown shops and restaurants, hiking at Tubbs Hill, taking kids to CDA’s many parks, kayaking, or to just chill and watch the sun set on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake.

Amazing Location and Pristine Home

We had an incredible stay at this property. The location is fantastic, and the home is pristine with everything you could possibly need. Eveyrthing was really organized and super clean. The owner was awesome, maintaining constant communication and providing great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We did encounter an A/C issue during our stay, but the owner responded promptly, sent a repairman, and ensured all our needs were attended to. I would most definitely stay here again. It couldn’t have been a better trip!
