Built in 2018, this home offers a prime location and layout (including two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms) for a small group of friends or couples. The Boardwalk Marina and City Park & Beach are only a mile south, allowing you to launch a boat, fish, or swim with ease. Golfers will be glad to know that the illustrious Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is three miles southeast. You'll also find Silverwood Theme Park 17 miles north and the slopes of Silver Mountain Resort 37 miles east.

Beautiful house

Immaculate house, cozy and clean in a great central location. Great spot for families. If staying in winter months you may want to bring extra blankets and throws, but provided bedding is comfortable and cozy too! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. It is obvious the owners take very good care of the property. The workmanship and attention to detail is very nice. The only advice would be to perhaps use less Pine Sol when cleaning. The fumes were very strong when we arrived. But, absolutely loved your home! Thank you.

Last minute family get away!

Beautiful home! Nicely remodeled, spacious, charming character, very clean, and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for family seating and dining. Shaded and relaxing front porch. Beautiful up and coming neighborhood with many newly renovated homes. Will definitely stay here again!

This property looked recently renovated. It is very well done. Looked modern and was very functional. Very nice mature community. Trees are beautiful. Walking distance to downtown and lake. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use it again

Great House in beautiful city!

Perfect vacation house. Clean, quiet, looked brand new. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Very close to town but far enough to be out of hustle, bustle. We already want to go back! The only thing I was wanting was access to the A/C. It did get a little warm a couple of times and if we would have called the property manager I'm sure they would have taken care of it, but it was always late in the evening when we wished it was a little cooler for sleeping. Highly recommend this home!

September trip

This is a fantastic house. All new,great finishes. Craftsman style. Better even than it looks in pictures. Spotlessly clean; has everything you need. Very spacious. There was a local power outage, and Matt Clapper, the local property manager, brought over large lantern, flashlight and extra batteries. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. We loved this house!

Bed sheets were very old and worn! Pillows were as old as the sheets.. Linens need to be replaced! No coffee just a coffee maker.

Overall a beautiful well kept home in a reasonably located neighborhood of CDA, but I wouldn't book it again. Really bad and confusing communication with Vacasa who manages the property. The house had been booked and we did not receive check in information and when we did it was for the incorrect dates. It seems like I never actually communicated with a human wanting to help, but all AI. I would not recommend booking with Vacasa if you can avoid it. Best to work with real owners/humans onstead

Great house for our golf get-away

3 of us stayed in this house for our annual golf get-away and this house was awesome. First off, it was incredibly clean. While the house is older, it has been completely updated inside and was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the area was very quiet. There's not much outdoor space but you're very close to downtown and the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Bring your own washcloths ladies

First don’t expect an early check-in from Vacasa. We assumed the place was being cleaned since we were denied early check-in. Sign asks you to remove shoes indoors, no problem. The bottoms of our feet were black within 20 minutes. Floor was filthy. Then signs in bathroom say do not use washcloths to remove makeup and they don’t provide black washcloths or any other way to remove makeup. I expect to use items like the provided washcloths, lol. Vacasa told me to go buy cotton rounds to wash my face with! Vacasa also made me send pics of my dirty feet. The place had been cleaned but it was clear nobody had stayed for a long while due to the dust build up everywhere. So why couldn’t we check in early??? Positives is that it’s a very cute house and well furnished and once I spoke to a manager, Vacasa did refund the cleaning fee. It’s just a little over a mile walk to the lake so we were able to walk down to our boat every day and avoid searching or paying for parking. The bed mattresses are VERY soft which kills my back but I know that’s personal preference.

Charming and cozy

We loved our stay here! The home was clean, comfortable, in a great location, and an all around nice home. We walked to the local market store. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all the beet areas of CDA. It was roomy, and the beds were comfortable. Check out was easy! We will stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect. The en suites in each bathroom were wonderful. The condition of the property and the neighborhood were great too. Lovely home

Everyone should have an opportunity to visit Coeur D’Alene in the fall. Absolutely beautiful. This lovely home was a dream. Easy to find and close to everything we needed. Cleanest VRBO we’ve ever rented. We’ll stay here again when we come back.
