Welcome to Sunset View Retreat. This townhome is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a private oasis backyard. This monthly rental home is immaculately maintained and cared for, making for a worry-free longer stay. The home features a spacious and welcoming layout with all the comforts of home.
The townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main and lower level. This home was thoughtfully designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. The main living level has no stairs, making it easy to move throughout the space. You'll also find mobility-friendly features such as grab bars, convenient step-in showers, and a SafeStep walk-in bathtub—ideal for guests who appreciate extra peace of mind and ease during their stay. On the main level, you'll find a bright and light filled kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of storage space. The eat-in dining table seats 4 and is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast together. The open dining and living room feature comfortable furniture, a dining table with seating for 8, a gas fireplace and smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a full size adjustable Serta bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom 1 has a SafeStep walk in tub and grab bars. Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, smart tv, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom 2 has a double vanity and step-in shower with grab bars. There is also an attached garage with space for one vehicle.
The lower level of the home features another living room with comfortable seating, a lift and massage recliner, smart tv and a daybed. Bedroom 3 has a Full size bed with smart tv. Bedroom 4 has a King size bed and small smart tv. Bathroom 3 features a walk-in shower and grab bars.
Outside, you'll find a beautiful backyard oasis with mature trees and landscaping. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs on the deck, a gas grill and plenty of privacy with a fully fenced backyard.
