Week Away
Great for family travel - if you have a baby/young toddler definitely beneficial as the property provides some essential big items for day to day life. If you have older kids/teens the screen room is also definitely helpful as they tend to want to sit out there and give you some peace and quiet. Overall great stay, clean, and plenty of room for my family of 5.

Clean,well stocked bungalow just outside downtown Cocoa Village. Short trip to Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral and all the shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very nice screened porch with dining table.

Nice little cottage
In town for softball tournament. The location was great, we really enjoyed the village. The house was just as described and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. We even got to see a rocket launch from the end of the street, which one of the neighbors had told us about. Would definitely stay again if in town.

Good option for our family
We were in town for a long weekend visiting family in the area and this house suited our needs well. The property description reflected the house and amenities well. The only thing not disclosed is that in order to get to one of the bedrooms and its ensuite bathroom, you have to pass through another bedroom.

Charmed by this home!
Modest, charming well appointed bungalow. We felt safe and nurtured while there. Bed were comfortable and the front porch was everyone’s favorite spot. Highly recommend

Visiting family
Enjoyed our stay but had to cut it short to head home due to approaching storm back home. Beds were not that comfortable but I don’t sleep well away from home anyway. The porch furniture needed cleaning to use and coffee grounds left in coffee pot from previous guest. All in all house was clean and roomy.

Did not get contact info, address, or check in info from corporate owners until day of check-in after I contacted them. They referred it me to my "spam box" (nothing received. No big deal. Funky smell on way into cottage and musty smell inside but quite clean and well appointed. Great location. Nice little neighborhood 30 meters from river .

House was very cute & super clean! Beds and livingroom furniture very comfortable. We had 5 adults and the walk-thru bedroom was not a problem as the 'far' bedroom has it's own bathroom... Lovely cottage
We so enjoyed our stay at your cottage. The neighborhood was quaint and the neighbors were wonderful. We loved sitting on the screen porch. Every neighbor that walked by would wave and greet us with a good morning or evening. Reminded me of my childhood where neighbors all knew each other. I would love to return again for a longer stay.

My holiday in cocoa beach
This house is such a home it has everything you need to enjoy time with your friends or family i loved the screen in porch with lights it's so pretty at night. It's a very peaceful neighborhood stores are not far away the rooms are nice as well the master bedroom has a small bathroom the shower was real small so if your plus size like me good luck. It also has two rooms that connects witch i didn't like because i had to walk through someone's room every time i go to the kitchen overall a beautiful home

Great location and perfect for our stay!
We were in town for a family event, and the house is a short walk to my mom’s, so that was one of the main reason to book it. But we loved the house, and it worked for 4 adults and a toddler. With the screened porch, there was room to spread out and be quiet at nap time, the kitchen was well stocked, and they’ve made the most of every space. The 2 shotgun bedrooms worked because of the exterior door to the back bedroom. My daughter put my grandson in the middle room, and they used that exterior door so he wasn’t disturbed. The house also came with a lot of things for little ones - strollers, pack and play - and the neighborhood cats provided endless entertainment. We’ll be back!

Travel for softball
The location was perfect for playing ball at the USSSA Sports complex. My teens loved how cute the cottage was. We played UNO on the screened in porch in the evenings! Everything was perfect!!

Perfect cottage
The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The home was fully stocked with towels, dishes, cooking utensil, etc. The beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was nice to relax on at night and have a snack. My only complaint was our bed squeaked any time my husband moved while in bed, probably an easy fix with a new matress. Still gave a 5* rating.

Perfect location for baseball tournament
We had the best time during our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer. My husband was playing in a baseball tournament at USSSA Space Coast Complex and it was the perfect location for it. They really thought if everything at this place - and our kids really enjoyed the stay as well. The kitchen was adequately stocked with various gadgets needed. The living room was comfortable and the screen porch was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Lovely interior....but...Construction across street should be disclosed. Smell of sewage was not good, but there must be septic tanks or water plant nearby that is not being properly maintained.

Such a cute place to stay. Property managers were terrific and friendly.
