Just 1.5 blocks from a peaceful stretch of Cocoa Beach sand, our cozy beach house is the perfect home base for couples, families or small groups ( up to 5 guests) Thoughtfully designed with soft whites, woven accents and every comfort you need for a stress-free stay.The Space:-King bed in primary bedroom + queen + twin in second bedroom (extra pillows, blankets & black out curtain)-Full kitchen stocked with drip coffee, toaster, crockpot, spices and kids dishes-Washer/Dryer in garage-Bathroom with tub/shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Outdoor Oasis:Private backyard with shaded pergola, fire pit (firewood not included), sectional seating, dining table, propane gas grill (propane included) and jumbo connect 4. Beach cruisers, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, baby sun shade, toys (boogie boards, corn hole etc.)Extras Guests Love:-Pack and Play, high chair, outlet covers, toys, games, books-Welcome snacks, coffee/tea and thoughtful touches throughout***Important Notes:-Max 4 adults (or 2 adults+4 small kids) No air mattresses, No pets (including emotional support), No parties. Must be 24+ to book (Exceptions can be made, please contact host for more info)-We keep the thermostat locked, it will not go below 74 degrees during the summer months (ceiling fans in every room keep it comfortable.) You may request to have it unlocked but will potentially be responsible for any service issues that may occur if the unit freezes over. Duplex- right side of the home. Quiet neighborhood-please keep noise low after 9pm. We're quick to respond and love sharing local tips (rocket launches, best eats, events) Can't wait to host you!
