Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have. (This is a second floor unit) Please be sure to disclose your pets

In a nut shell, our Vrbo was perfect. The view, the amenities, quality and tastefulness of the decor and furniture. There were even kayaks and paddle boards to use, if we wished! [We had too many other things planned to go kayaking but if we'd have had another couple days, there would've been no stopping my wife!The pictures show the back yard. There truly are dolphins in there. Other wildlife, too. We loved it!

Amazing place

This place was stunning! Very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. We saw dolphins playing, jellyfish, and manatee! Definitely will look into staying again if we make it back!

Awesome property!

We loved our stay! The property was incredibly clean and the kitchen was well appointed! We saw dolphins and manatees in the channel as well as osprey fishing! It was a little out of the way but wouldn’t change a thing! Very accurate description of the property. You will not regret booking!

Family visit

This was the second time we've stayed in this unit, and the fact that we returned this time is testimony to how much we like it. Lovely layout, well-equipped, charming views of the mangroves, close to the great restaurants and night-spots in town.

Nice Holiday Stay

My family and I booked this place to visit my brother over Christmas. The inside has been updated and was very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities needed. We took the kayaks out multiple times on the lagoon, literally in the backyard. Took multiple walks including to the beach (about 1.5 mile down the road). Enjoyed our stay!

Everything the site posted was right on, from dolphins out our window, easy ride to the beach and restaurants, friendly manager with helpful info, and very well equipped unit. Our stay was just that, perfect! Beautiful view of Thousand Islands, easy drive right into downtown Cocoa Beach, and yes we saw dolphins and a manatee not far from shore! The place is equipped with many beach needs too.

Beautiful place

The house was very clean , saw dolphins and manatees right outside.but just a heads up wear bug spray if you hang out in the back at night by the water cause you will get bit up.

We really enjoyed our time spent here. Even though it was cool most of our stay it didn’t matter because we could sit inside and watch the dolphins and variety of birds! I love Cocoa Beach and this was a wonderful place to stay!

Outstanding location and the decorations are lovely. New appliances and furniture. I was able to birdwatch and dolphin watch while sitting on the couch. Great area with plenty to do.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!

This property was perfect for 4 adults (bedroom 2 has twin beds). The condo has been beautifully updated and has fun coastal decor. Owner was very prompt with my questions before and during my stay. Highly recommend and would stay again.
