The Space:
Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom decorated in bright beachy colors! This unit features a fully furnished kitchen for preparing meals in. The living room features a sofa sleeper and flat screen TV.
Enjoy spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and ocean view! The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with a flat screen TV.
After a day on the beach enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony with ocean views.
ALL bedding, linens, bath and beach towels provided. There is also a full-size washer/dryer in the condo.
Sandcastles complex is oceanfront and is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and downtown Cocoa Beach.
World famous Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are less than 5 minutes by car.
Come relax and enjoy everything Sandcastles 512 has to offer. (New Listing)

The condo was super clean, and the decor was fresh and cheery. Other people in the complex were friendly too. The king bed was very comfy, and I liked the little vanity area in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans while leaving plenty of room for our own food items. Easy beach access. Loved having number codes for everything so no keys were necessary. We would stay here again!

Communication with host was quick and plentiful prior to our stay. Unit was just as pictured, large 2 bedroom and nicely decorated. We were allowed early access by the host. Beach views were nice and Cocoa Beach is wonderful.

This condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of space to sleep. Kitchen was great for making homemade meals. The direct beach access was my favorite part. I would definitely stay anytime.

Rocky start with a broken elevator upon arrival but Melanie & Jaden were on top of getting maintenance out here quick. The unit is beautiful and as advertised. Great place to stay for a fun family weekend.

Nice Family vacaton
Thia was a noce location for our family to gather. We had a family pool to go to, so we didnt use the pool. Great views of rocket launches from the beach. Unit faces south, so you cant see launches ftom the balcony.

Cocoa Beach with a Minty feel
Did not know the area at all so was nervous booking, WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE! Cute unit with lots of room for myself and husband and BIL AND SIL! Very clean and organized! Well stocked kitchen made cooking and ease! Quite complex and located within minutes of anything. Nice walk on beach.The balcony was larger than expected and nice view although not direct oceanfront.
