We offer a seamless self check-in process to give you complete privacy and flexibility. While we respect your space and won't be on-site, we are always available via the app or phone to answer any questions, offer assistance, or provide local recommendations to ensure you have a wonderful and memorable stay.

The condo is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You will love the location because you can walk to almost anything from here. Walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier to play volleyball , take a surf lesson, or grab some lunch on the pier. There are also food trucks and sweets as well.

You are also close enough to walk to other restaurants on the beach or many more within blocks of the condo.

There is also plenty of shopping within walking distance including the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, which is the largest surf shop in the world. The area is safe and there is plenty to do within walking distance. If you want to jump in the vehicle, you can explore much more as well with an easy 10-15 minute drive.

Half-Bathroom: Conveniently located on the main floor.
Balcony: Your private outdoor space overlooking the heated pool with beautiful ocean views beyond.

Upper Level:
Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed with a Premium Vodyssey Sleep system mattress, luxury bamboo sheets, a Smart TV, and stunning views of the pool and ocean. The en-suite bathroom has a custom-tiled shower.
Second Bedroom: Perfect for families, this room includes one full-sized bed, a bunk bed with a twin over a full-sized bed, and a twin trundle that is underneath the bunk bed (not pictured). All beds feature our premium mattresses and soft bamboo sheets. A Smart TV with cable is also included.

- Morning Coffee: We've got your first morning covered! The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, and we provide a starter supply of K-cups, creamer, and sweetener.
