Nice comfortable furnishings, and relaxing porches. Nicely landscaped. Ideal for families and pets. Close to dog park as well. Enjoy the surf and all the activities as people walk to the beach.

We really liked it here. You were walking distance from everything you could need. They had everything you needed to bake and cook. Very clean. Would definitely book again.

Relaxing week

Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again.

Very convenient- 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. Beach is great for surfing. Very nice and helpful property manager. The place needs an upgrade though - bathrooms could use some painting and living room furniture is kind of old.

Weekend getaway

This was a great property in a great location and perfect for a weekend beach getaway. My friends and our kids loved the location and the apartment was even better than the pictures. We live in Orlando and will definitely be staying here again.

We visit cocoa beach often and since we were having our family come with us, we decided to rent this apt. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. full kithcen 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms BBQ and super close to all of our favorite spots. We look forward to staying here again.

When we were here, this property was undergoing some great upgrades so next time we come, we look forward to staying in unit number two with a new bathroom. This property is in a great location.
