RIGHT ON THE BEACH!...Great Cocoa Beach location, with a more private stretch of beach, but still in close proximity to Cocoa Beach Pier, and very close to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is spacious, bright, and mixes a new and retro look. It is a second floor unit, and has some views of the ocean from the living room and bedrooms. Since we are located on the beach, it's at your beckon call, morning, noon or night! Take a stroll, a swim, fish, or try a surf lesson . In the cooler weather, open a window and fall a sleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach. You can also have an excellent view of the frequent rocket launches without leaving the grounds! The condo is well appointed, with new appliances, smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms, and we have cable and wireless internet. The bedrooms have queen beds, and the couch folds out to a full size sleeper. For your convenience we have beach chairs, easy pop up shelter, a beach utility cart (to get your stuff out there), sand toys, a pack n play, boogie boards, and a skim board. There is also a fresh water shower station to rinse off when you leave the beach. If you have a larger group, we also can rent you a second condo in the same complex. See listing# 7121431. I like to help my guests when ever I can. When im free, I don't mind providing a ride or picking up items for you at an additional, nominal fee, often much less than Uber or Lyft!

I loved the stay. I am 3 minutes or less walking distance from the beach. The 2 bedrooms had everything I needed, to include wi-fi. I am not that far from Orlando, and there was no traffic. Amazing vacation.

Great location!

This was a nice little property on Cocoa Beach with the two bedrooms I needed. This was a pre-cruise stay and this was perfect for it. Restaurants, Publix etc. were a short driving distance. Loved the cute patio on the property!

Great Place

We were able to book this place at the last minute to be able to stay in the same complex as some friends. It worked out perfectly. The place was very comfortable, clean and we were able to feel at home. I would definitely go back. Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect Beachside Spot

Great stay

The location to the beach was great! The property was clean and quiet. It was convenient to other activities in the area. A lot of beach items were available in the property to use and had plenty of towels and extra sheets if you were to need them.

Great place

The location is amazing and Mike was great. He even drove out when I was having an issue with the lock. Steps to the beach, just a few blocks to restaurants and ice cream shops. A great place for a family vacation.

Great Condo Steps from the Beach!

The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He really went out of his way to work with our travel plans. The condo was impeccably clean and has everything you need. It’s literally just steps from the beach - you can’t get any closer. We travel to the Cocoa Beach area at least a couple times a year, and we would definitely stay again!

Great getaway

Great stay as we were going to board a cruise ship. Location is very close to coco beach, and all the great necessities were close by. Decently clean, and accurate to the listing. Both bedrooms were nice, with decent bedding. Great for two couples or a small family.

Nice Apartment

Really clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. There are nice walking paths from the house along the roads and beach. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. It is more like an apartment than a condo as you can hear the people next door. If you cook a lot bring your own supplies because this kitchen doesn’t have many necessities like knives, garlic press, mixer, dishwasher or garbage disposal.. It is a good value for the location and the host was very good on communication.

Perfect for two nights

This property was perfect for the kids and I for two nights before boarding our ship. The condo is super close to the beach, short distance to the pier, grocery store, and restaurants. Great location to see any rockets launched if your timing is right! Would return!!

beachfront glory

We arrived right in time for sunset. Checkin was seamless, just a flight of stairs up and halfway within all of the units. Rooms were cozy and convenient with a bathroom tucked to the side too. The living area was perfect for our 5 3 and 4 month old. We had friends meet us too and we all felt there was enough space to gather for a short time period. 10/10 would rent again if it was available at the same rate! I did leave my watch charger there, and haven’t been able to contact so if anyone finds that in their stay, enjoy! I’m ordering a new one haha

Great little stay

Although we only stayed for one night, everything we could have needed was here. The place was clean and tidy and well equipped. We headed straight for the beach made super easy by the chairs and beach equipment provided! The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Check in and out was seamless! The host was easy to contact! Should we return to the space coast we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great Girls Getaway

My friend and I met here for a girls getaway. It was clean, safe, quiet, and easy to access. We had a wonderful time. Mike was easy to contact (a minor concern regarding the internet) He handled it quickly and kindly. I would highly recommend as you are just steps to the beach. It was in a great area that was not busy at all. We felt like we had our own private beach. Walked everywhere, to the pier, and to dinner. Highly recommend!

Truly Tranquil

If you're looking for a simple, clean, quiet condo with amazing views, close to many interestingl attractions and only steps from the beach then look no further, you've found it. Our home away from home was meticulously clean and had everything we needed. It was so quiet that you forgot there were ppl just across the wall. Parking was easy with a reserved spot for each condo. The pier is within walking distance but far enough away so that it's not crowded. We fell in love so much that is was hard to leave
