Have you ever wanted to stay in your own private resort? Here is your chance. One Palm is a brand new waterfront Luxury Vacation Home completed in 2023. The 8400 sqft building is 3 stories with a residential elevator serving a space that offers 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and 16 guest in real beds. The house is designed to offer separate area for multiple families or guest. 4 of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms.

The amazing home/private resort boast 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and 16 guest in real beds. The house is designed to offer separate areas for multiple families or guest. 4 of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms. There are 3 kitchens inside the house and one for the outdoor living area. The 2000 sqft covered outdoor living area on the ground floor is an amazing space for entertaining. The space includes large walk behind bar, complete climate controlled kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms. This space faces the Heated pool, fire pit, gas grill and amazing views and access to the banana River.

Wedding weekend in Cocoa Beach

We had several friends and family join us from New York, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia for our sons wedding. The property offered beautiful fully furnished kitchens and even provided a high chair for our granddaughter. Highly recommend and hope to return.
