Place was good and we were happy with our short stay. Hosts were very communicative before and throughout stay. Place as described and happy with rare 3-bedroom unit on beach. Beds were soft. Unit well maintained but showing some wear. Really deserves a 4.5 stars. Thank you.

Will definitely stay here again when we come in for cruises. This condo was clean, spacious and decorated so nicely. Highly recommend this condo to all families! Hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions.

Great vacation location

We have been coming to the Spanish Main for the last couple years. This is one of the best units we have stayed in. The owner is great to work with a quick to respond. Looking forward to visiting again.

Perfect Location

We were heading out on a cruise during our time in the area, arrived 2 days early and chose this condo to stay in. It worked wonderfully. We were able to walk to Whisk and Grind for an amazing brunch, had direct beach access, and even a perfect view of the rocket launch pad for a possible viewing of a launch while we were there. Unfortunately, it was delayed. The property was clean, and condo was spacious. Only negative was the elevators were not operating the day we checked out and being on the 4th floor with all of our luggage was not pleasant, but this was not at any fault of the condo owner.

Heartwarming visit!

This property has everything anyone would need for a great beach stay. Beautiful view and hated pool, We will come back. The management here was very helpful and responded immediately when we asked for them to replace the AC filter. The dishwasher worked but was old and rusted inside. The king mattress as very firm and squeaky.

Clean but outdated

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and big. We did have some minor things we needed to fix. There were no batteries in the remotes and we had to buy our own. It smelled old and musty so we bought some air fresheners. The balcony chairs were very old and some you could not sit on. We really enjoyed our stay and was very happy it was clean!

Nice Few Days on the Beach

We had a great time at the property. The location is wonderful. I think the condo could use a little love especially if we were to spend more time in it for an extended period of time but we are ones that don’t spend much time in the condo other than sleeping. Some fresh paint, better blinds and curtains, patio furniture and mattresses would vault your condo into 5 stars+. With all that being said though we still loved the property and location and if we were to ever come back to the space coast, we’d happily stay again.

Stay before Cruising

Property has all the essentials. Little outdated, but clean. Walk to beach, pool and mins from Ron Jon's, as well a Cruise Terminals.

Cozy Stay

We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the Condo, but it met the requirements we needed. The pool was well taken care of and we spent a lot of time on the beach. They had some beach items for guest use, which was nice.

Family vacation

We had an excellent stay in Cocoa Beach. I requested an earlier check in since we had a very early flight and the weather wasn't great the weekend we were arriving. Communication was great with the property manager, and they were able to get us in a few hours earlier than the original check in time. The condo was spacious for our family of 5 adults. We had a great ocean view and it was just a short walk to the beach. The weather wasn't the greatest during our so we didn't need to use any of the beach equipment that was provided with the condo. And the pool was not heated enough to take advantage of either. We did get to see a SpaceX satellite launch during our stay which was easily viewable right from the beach. We had everything we needed in the condo so we were able to pack light. The only thing that might need some attention is the coffee pot. It could use a thorough cleaning. We opted not to use it and picked up coffee daily from Dunkin instead. Other than that everything was clean and neat. If we ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, a good experience. We had a little trouble determining which unit was ours. The paperwork could be more detailed in identifying the unit number. The location is Amazing. The unit was not very clean. There was trash behind the bed and under the bed. The floors did not appear to be mopped prior to arrival.

Great location

The location was fantastic and it was nice that there were some chairs and an extra umbrella. Unfortunately when we arrived we were greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom although generally the place was clean. We were 6 people and we struggled to have enough bath towels. Most of the towels were small and just not as nice as we expected and it was good that we brought our own beach towels as there were just a few. We had to buy hand soap since there was none in one bathroom and extra trash bags. While we the size for us was perfect and we loved the location we felt some of the “comfort” items could have been better. Also it was a little confusing as to what building and unit we were in and the arrival instructions weren’t very descriptive. We figured it out ok. Overall we had a great time using the pool and beach access.

Good location

We brought our daughter and grand children. The Spanish Main grounds are very well maintained. We had a problem with internet but the manager advised me that they got it fixed. Even with the sea weed that has been coming in from the Atlantic the beach was very nice. This is an ideal area if you want to watch the rocket launch at Cape Canaveral.
