Beautiful location! Host respondents quickly with any questions or concerns. It is close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Quiet, right on the beach and very clean. We will be back!

Great host. Very well kept condo inside and out. Everything was clean. Appreciated the number of towels provided and we brought our own detergent so we could launder as well. Beautiful view! Top deck was a nice little extra for sunset.

Everything was good wxcep had to clean the guest toilet and the body wash dispenser in the guest shower was either clogged or doesn't work.

Awesome!!!

The property was beautiful, & located right at the beach. Everything was already there that we needed, even though we brought our own items. Also, our dogs loved it. They loved looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Prefect Stay

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect! It was close enough to do things and still have privacy. This property will not disappoint. Would definitely stay again when visiting Florida.

Would absolutely recommend!!

I just returned home from my stay in Cocoa Beach and I am already ready to plan our next vacation! Perfect location. Perfect views. Close to the pier, but not too close where it felt too crowded. The beach was very clean. Family friendly- I traveled with my fiancé and our 6 month old daughter and my mother. This was our first time traveling with an infant and we had everything we needed to make our stay that much easier. We absolutely loved that a pack n play was provided, plenty of beach towels, chairs, a cooler, umbrella. We loved our condo, it was clean, modern, and I just felt at home. Zareh was a wonderful host, attentive and responded quickly with whatever questions I had. This was our first family vacation with our baby girl and it was perfect. Cocoa beach and chateau by the sea truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to go back.

Nice unit, solid location

Were down in Cocoa area for daughters softball tournament and wanted to stay on beach. This was a great unit, location and property. Would rent again.

Great Stay!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect on the beach. Restaurants and grocery store were all literally within walking distance. The rooftop was very enjoyable. We could watch the sunrise and the sunset. We even got to see a launch of a SpaceX rocket from the rooftop. Only issue we ran into was the blinds in the bedroom. They would not close all the way. Not a big issue at all. We drove over to Disney one day to go to the park with our grandsons. It was a very easy drive.We would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful views of ocean throughout the Condo.

We had no problems at all. Close to everything. Pictures on your site are accurate. We booked the condo for the views and were not disappointed.

Bright modern and fresh

I had a great stay despite the weather not being good. The unit was modern, fresh and well equipped with everything I needed. The beach view was perfect. My only feedback would a more comfortable sofa or indoor seating arrangement would be a great addition. While the beach view was stunning, the weather meant most of my time was inside with nowhere comfy to lounge. I will come back again. Thank you !

Great Location, Great condo - the furniture is VERY uncomfortable not a single piece to sit on comfortably at all. Beds were good - just living room furniture really needs to be updated.

Great Location!

Condo layout features great ocean/beach/sunrise views. Stocked with all the basic beach gear needed. Property was clean and checkout/check in was painless. Communication from the property managers was great. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting the area.

Oceanfront & Pet Friendly = Perfect Family Vacation

The condo is beautiful & the views from the front rooms are fabulous. Chateau By the Sea is a well-maintained, family & pet-friendly property. The grounds are well kept. The pool was clean. The beach & ocean were perfect. We hope to visit again soon!

Great getaway

This is a good getaway but not enough furniture to relax on and prop feet up and super busy beach not very private due to being right beside pier but great getaway spot for two or three people
