"This place was a pleasant surprise. Only a block from the beach. The staff was very polite, even during busy check in. . The breakfast was really good and offered a lot of variety of items. The courtyard area had a large pool, sitting area with umbrellas, area for kids, and cornhole. . The rooms were updated. Had no issues."

"For the price and safety of the area, it’s worth it. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, but the room needed some tlc.. It was definitely dirtier than I expected. I had stayed there two months before and it didn’t seem near as dirty then.."

"My husband, two teens and I absolutely loved this home. Having 3 bedrooms was ideal and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax in the large, comfortable living room. The lanai and pool area was perfect for us, we enjoyed playing games at the table in the pool area as well, at night. Our favorite part was walking across the street to the private dock in the morning and evening to look for visiting manatees and enjoy the beautiful view. The home had everything we needed for the week including all kitchen items, linens and beach items. It was clean and comfortable and we hope to come back again! We also enjoyed the Cocoa Beach area, lots of restaurants, beaches and shopping and just a quick hour drive to Orlando to visit Universal Studios. Kelly was very responsive and helpful and all was as advertised We highly recommend this rental!"
