「The flat was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches. Tea cups, and a tea pot with everything we needed was set out for us when we arrived was a lovely touch. It is great location, so close to the harbor. And of course, North Berwick is wonderful.」

「All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. 「The property is extremely clean and very comfortable. The double bed in particular. The road is very quiet and leads to the promenade passing the local Coop. Its easy to park at the top of the road free of charge. The lounge area is full of light and has a large comfortable corner sofa. I would definitely sray again and would recommend. I didnt like the lack of basic store cupboard items such as oil, salt, pepper or milk. There was tea, coffee and sugar. 」

「Great location on the beach, 2 minutes walk to the High Street. Clean, comfortable and spacious (4 people) with a lovely sun room overlooking the beach and harbour. Parking is a bit tight, but we managed even with a large van. Only criticisms are lack of soaps/shampoos for the showers and no paper towels/tissues supplied. However, this seems to be the norm in Scotland and may be just my North American expectations not being met. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.」

「The location is very well situated near to the village center aswell as to the beaches. The appartment offers everything you need, although we would have appreciated having more toiletttissue and tabs for the dishwasher. 「We stayed for a long weekend at North Berwick with my elderly Mother. The location is fantastic, being almost on the sea front with spectacular views out to Bass Rock.The house had everything we needed, with a large well equipped kitchen and two lounges.We chose Guillemots because we needed ground floor living accommodation for Mum. Whilst she managed the ground floor room with en suite, it isn't particularly set up for a disabled person, and so anyone doing similar may need to take grab rails...

「This place was lovely. Clean and bright. Instructions to get in and once inside were very helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the 3 bins of glass bottles, mostly alcohol bottles that were over flowing onto the ground outside the gate, in the parking lot. They were there the day we checked in , already overflowing and only got worse as we stayed for 4 days. They should look into that because otherwise this place was everything we wantes while on our vacation. Lovely!!」

「What a hidden treasure we found in Dunbar! We ended up spending two days just in Dunbar as we loved the area. 「Stable cottage is in a beautiful location a few miles from Berwick upon Tweed and the other attractions of the Scottish Borders and North East England. It is warm cosy and well equipped and so peaceful. A car is a must if you are staying here. We had a last minute problem with dates and Liz was so helpful is changing them for us. I would recommend this cottage and will definitely revisit. 」
