Great breakfast no elevator, so a bit tiring to go up and down stairs multiple times a day no soap or toilet paper in our room, called staff and they brought one single roll of toilet paper...

There is no amount of praise high enough for me to give the hotel staff; truly, one of my best hotel experiences. The staff was so lovely and helpful; the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the location could not be better. The room was always clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was fantastic, the amenities were spectacular, and the upstairs terrace restaurant and view were beyond words. Highly recommend booking your next stay here.

Our stay was amazing. We visited for a long weekend from Florida. Wanting the cooler weather Mexico City offered due to its elevation. We arrived well before check in. Our room was ready without asking. Our goal was to relax and refresh. The hotel did not disappoint. The roof top restaurant was amazing and the staff was perfect. We left the hotel to visit one museum. The rest of our stay was relaxing in the multiple lounges and eating at the hotel. Breakfast was simple but also very good. Not a USA continent buffet, but a small menu that was included with the room fee. There was also a larger menu that had items you could request with payment. There is a small park across the street. However, it is a marijuana acceptance zone. People go to this location to smoke marijuana. It is not a park the visit and hang out (unless that is your thing). Our rooms terrace faves the park. We did not have any issues with odor from the use of marijuana at the park. The arch of the hotel is old world with a remodel that kept true to the buildings heritage. It is definitely worth a return visit.
