Cozy apartment with style and luxury, close to the stadium

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located accommodation. A very cozy space with lots of light and everything you need in equipment and supplies to have an excellent stay. The location is strategic, very close to the Stadium and the iconic Av Libertador. You will find many nearby eating options and also supermarkets, having everything you need at hand. The building has a swimming pool and sauna. Inquiries 75908839

The property is on the fifth floor, it has a 4-burner countertop kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, pans and other supplies necessary for cooking. A large refrigerator. A comfortable inn to eat. A very practical and comfortable sofa bed in the living room. And the large bedroom with a fairly large built-in wardrobe, a TV with a TV box. A small balcony to get fresh air and see the city. If you require parking, you must ask beforehand if I can rent one from a neighbor for an additional cost. The pool and sauna are free access and available for your stay, maintenance days are usually between Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
