We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your lodge. It was the perfect combination of quaint vibe and modern comfort. Thank you for telling us more about it's history!
A delightful journey back in time with a modern touch
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this quaint farmhouse! One step through the doors and it felt as if you were transported back in time. The owners paid great attention to detail in keeping the charm of the home with a touch of modern amenities. The decor was incredibly charming, and the location is lovely. Close enough to town to not feel completely removed, but just far enough to get a feel of the countryside living.
Our group of 8 had a great stay for a week. The scenic location, the calm place and the clean comfy home made it a perfect relaxing vacation for us. The host is very responsive and went out of the way to respond to our requests. The kids were kind enough to show us around the farm with great enthusiasm. We will stay here again if we get a chance
We absolutely loved our stay, the home is stunning, a great trip back in time with modern conveniences. The property inside and out was clean and welcoming. Tina made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in the frontdoor. Tina communicated quickly when we had questions or needs. It was a perfect get away for us, and would love to stay at the house again.
We were in town for a large family reunion and a small group of us stayed at Tina and Caleb’s lovely accommodations. The home was meticulously clean and had every comfort one could want - plenty of extra towels and blankets, a well-stocked kitchen with some of the necessities like paper products and dish liquid, and even a welcome basket. It was quiet and restful - with only the bird song in the morning
Exquisite property and house — more beautiful and spacious than the photos lead on. Tina was so thoughtful and responsive, and she went above and beyond to make our group feel at home. We needed a space to host my sister’s baby shower, and her idyllic home was the perfect setting for our special weekend. Very clean, comfortable, and picture-perfect. We’d give six stars if possible and would love to come back! Thank you Tina :)
Fabulous house with combination of historic and updated features. The owners provided all we could have needed and the condition of everything was immaculate.
My Group enjoyed our stay very much, the house was cozy & comfortable. The property was as described. We had everything we needed. Great communication with owners. We would absolutely stay there again if we are in the area.
Tina and Caleb are wonderful! They were great about communicating and providing accommodations as needed. They provided great restaurants for us to try. The house is a lovely old house in a perfect location for where we needed to go. The neighborhood is stunning!
Very nice and clean VRBO. Instantly you will see that the house has a charming history. The house also has a wonderful yard and surrounding landscape. The host communicated very well and made sure everything was perfect for us.
Great house! Perfect location for us, (3 couples) lantern festival in Philly, then to Nemours Estate-which was amazing, and Longwood Gardens. House is clean, and cozy, kitchen is well stocked, and beds are comfortable! Lots of charm! Communication with the hosts was Outstanding, very friendly and wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we did! Loved the basket of goodies and coffee too. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks!!
This was our first time booking a VRBO, and we will definitely do it again. Tina was so kind, responsive and helpful; from the moment I sent her the first message asking a fee questions before we booked. The house has an excellent amount of space, and sleeps 8 people. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, the house was clean, the laundry room was spacious and we wanted for nothing! The outdoor area is so lovely and picturesque. There is a nice covered porch and another seating area with a fire pit that we enjoyed. When we travel up north again to visit friends and family, we will absolutely book here again. Thank you Tina, for your wonderful hospitality.
We loved our stay here in the Brandywine Valley. The house was beautiful, clean, and large enough for our family of 8. Tina was excellent to communicate with and very thoughtful. She went out of her way to make sure we received information about the area. The house has plenty of living space with three rooms on the first floor to spread out in. The master bedroom and bathroom were large as well as the laundry room, which we definitely used. My family would come back here again to visit.
