"Fantastic location, walking distance to train, bus and ferry. Lovely location close to beach and yummy breakfast."

"A beautiful property that is well maintained. The view from the balcony in our room was incredible and the property gardens and pool are gorgeous. But the best part of our stay is the wonderful staff. They go out their way to be kind and helpful and we really appreciated all their efforts. They even provided a free olive oil tasting that we greatly enjoyed. It also is worth noting the quality of the food in the restaurant was exceptional. We had a wonderful visit all around."

"very helpful and friendly"

"Owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and make my stay pleasurable"

"The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. This is especially a good place to stay if you are catching the ferry to Malta. The ferry is a five minute drive. I would stay there again."

"Ottima struttura, personale gentile. Posizionata in un range di 1 ora da tutto. Ottima colazione"

"Great friendly service."

Le petit déjeuner était simple, le personnel peu disponible. En quittant l'hôtel, j'ai oublié une parka. J'attends toujours qu'on me la renvoie ( bien que...

"Amazing Villa very modern, clean and tidy and very welcoming atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and overall they really deserve 5 stars rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It's a railway (ferrovia) hotel! But it's quiet, clean, reasonably priced and not a bad walk to town. Recommended."

"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero. Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. Piero and Giussi (sp?) were always ready to give help and suggestions for the area."

"Perfect for short stay. Easy self check in. Good location."
