Desert Azure - Escape to the Desert

Within a 10-minute drive of Coachella/Stagecoach at Empire Polo Club and the Desert International Horse Park. This home is within 20 mins of Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, dozens of golf courses, casinos, shopping centers, restaurants and retail. A 30 minute drive to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park.

Kitchen and Dining:
This vacation home opens up to the spacious gourmet kitchen. The new, fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a build in wall oven and microwave, Samsung refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and Smart screen, gas cooktop and dishwasher. It features a large 4x6 granite kitchen island. Enjoy meals at the dinning room with dining for eight, outside on the patio with additional dining for 8 and the island, which seats four.

Living:
The Living room features a new 65” TCL Roku Smart TV and top grain leather couches that seats up to nine. Sliding patio doors lead to the backyard.

Six Bedrooms (one is downstairs with full bath, five are upstairs):

1-Upstairs Primary Suite features a King-sized Bed, views of the pool and yard, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. Private, ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, shower and two vanity sinks. (sleeps 2). Includes 65 inch TCL Roku Smart TV.

2-Downstairs Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, views of the front yard, walk in closet, dresser. (sleeps 2) Is right next to a full bathroom with tub/shower.

3-Music Bedroom features one Twin bed and a Full bed, ceiling fan, reach in closet and 58 inch Samsung Smart TV. (sleeps 3)
4-Beach Bedroom features features a Queen-sized Bed, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. (sleeps 2)
5-Study Bedroom features a Queen-sized Bed, desk with chair, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. (sleeps 2)
6-Desert Bedroom features one Twin bed and a Full bed, ceiling fan, reach in closet and dresser. (sleeps 3)
-These four bedrooms share a common upstairs bathroom with a dual sink vanity.

Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Natural gas grill. No propane needed.

Please note that the furnishings and decor may not be exactly the same as in the pictures as they get replaced from time to time. Various supplies, kitchen appliances, tools and toys are in the house and available for your use. Although we inspect these items after guests check out and/or before guests check in, we cannot guarantee that they are in perfect working condition or safe for your intended use. If you have any questions about how to operate something, please ask.

Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $50. If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we generally cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.

During Coachella and Stagecoach, deposits are required and an extra $100 cleaning fee applies.

You have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet. There are 3 driveway spaces and ample unrestricted street parking.

Please review the Rental Agreement/House Rules before booking. There are security cameras located on the property: front door, driveway, backyard, side yard. They are recording but not monitored during your stay. It's for liability purposes and to ensure proper maintenance (pool cleaning, gardening, after strong wind events etc.)

Pictures have not been updated to reflect new flooring as of December 1, 2023. Please inquire for more details. There may also be construction and construction noise from neighboring houses.

A newly built neighborhood just minutes away from Rancho Los Flores Park and Bagdouma Park. It's just a 10 minute drive from Coachella grounds and the Horse Park.

Public transit is not recommended.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for the reservation. 24 hours before check in, your card will be charged a preauthorized hold, which will be cancelled 48 hours after check out. You will always be notified if there is an issue that requires some or all of the deposit to be withheld.

My family and I had a great stay here! The host responded quickly even past midnight, and was very nice! The house was spacious and very clean. They also provide towels for the pool which is nice. There is a fee for pool and spa heating per day, but it’s worth it if you’ll be in the spa most of the time. Definitely recommend staying here.
