With a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, wrap-around porch, and Playbarn, there’s endless space for children to explore, play, and discover, while adults can relax, entertain, and enjoy the serenity of the land. With multiple living areas throughout the estate, it comfortably accommodates families and groups, providing luxurious space and refined style. The property is designed to be a destination in itself where you can truly check out from the city and stay fully entertained without ever leaving, while still being close enough to Healdsburg for fine dining, wine tasting, and local adventures.


Tucked away in the serene hills of Sonoma County, this area offers an authentic wine-country escape surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Spend your days exploring boutique hillside wineries and scenic trails through oak-covered woodlands, or venture just 20 minutes south to Healdsburg — the region’s premier destination for world-class dining, Michelin-starred restaurants, and artful tasting rooms. For a more laid-back charm, stop by nearby Geyserville, home to acclaimed wineries and rustic eateries that capture the essence of Sonoma’s countryside. As the sun sets, enjoy a farm-to-table dinner paired with local wines or unwind at a cozy brewery, savoring the relaxed yet refined atmosphere that makes this corner of wine country truly special.


PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

WILDLIFE WARNING
The surrounding area is home to a variety of wildlife, including coyotes, mountain lions, and occasionally snakes, particularly during the spring after wet winters. While sightings are uncommon, we recommend keeping a close eye on children and pets, and not allowing dogs to roam unsupervised.

SAFETY NOTICE
If you plan to explore the surrounding area, please wear proper shoes and long pants, and always use the gates when crossing fence lines. The fences on the property are used for livestock management and do not indicate property boundaries.

Please also be aware that the terrain to the west of the property becomes very steep, ending in a ravine. Guests are welcome to explore the areas shown on the property map, but we recommend avoiding the steep terrain.

EVENTS
Parties or events are not allowed unless prior written approval is given by our team. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.

AMENITY NOTICE
The garage is private and should not be used by guests. It contains owner belongings, cleaning supplies, and other storage items, and is not prepared for guest access.
There are four covered parking spots available for guests, with two spots in each of the two carports.
