VRBO thankfully helped us locate a last minute rental and took care of us.I understand that emergencies can happen so initially we were worried about host. Then she finally replied just to say they cancelled due to age. Which it was all adults that would’ve been staying. The lack of communication and accountability was not there. I did notice they are new to this so maybe they will improve after this bad experience. "

We got here before the winter freeze and ended up having to snag an extra night because we can’t travel home yet… they were super accommodating and helpful. Garage to keep our car in, and the beds are COMFY. "
