Located on a quiet street, just over the bridge (short ride or a longer walk) from the new 'heart' of Ohio City on Lorain Ave with newly emerging restaurant, retail and nightlife scene featuring Forest City Shuffleboard, Platform Beer Company, Xinji Noodle Bar, Herb'n Twine sandwich shop, Red Line Greenway paved multipurpose trail, and more.

Very near to the Gordon Square Historical District, Hingetown and West Side Market/ W25th. Cleveland Zoo, Downtown, Edgewater Beach, Tremont and Lakewood are short ride away. The place is also great for visiting Cleveland hospitals from Metrohealth to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital.

Downtown is a must see. You will enjoy the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, museums and Playhouse Square, the largest performing arts center in the nation outside of New York. Whether you visit Cleveland Museum of Art, listen to World renown Cleveland Orchestra or enjoy a boat trip on the Cuyahoga river and the lake, we are sure you will love Cleveland as do we. Welcome!

I was a little worried when I saw that it was street parking only but we never had any issue getting a spot right in front of the house. It was clean and as advertised. The only downside we had was the limited capacity of the kitchen. (Our own fault for not noticing). We stayed for 11 days and planned to eat some meals in to save a little money. The fridge is tiny and there was only a 2 burner countertop stovetop. There were some pots/pans and we made it work. The location is close to a ton of little restaurants so its not really necessary but something I thought was worth mentioning.

Nice Location, Cute Place, neighbors…

It is a clean and centrally located VRBO that is within 5 miles of all the sights and sounds of Cleveland. The owner is responsive to all communication and made the process seamless. Comfortable bed, whimsical decorations, and amply furnished kitchen are among the additional highlights of this residence. Unfortunately, we rented this during the July 4th weekend and the neighbors were a bit too celebratory for our liking and we left a day early. That is no fault of the owner, though, as he was empathetic to our situation.

Wonderful place , the neighborhood doesn't seem the best but there's a lot of hidden gems nearby if you spend the time finding them. Everything was provided as advertised and communication was efficient

Modern Update

This property was where we needed to be and was updated beautifully and had all we needed. The neighborhood looks offputting, but ended up being quiet. Could use a couple ice trays. Parking could be an issue. We lucked out most nights to park right in front. The host was kind and responsive at regular business hours. There was an issue with other renters above one night, but was resolved next day. I would/will be staying here or any of his properties again!

Great Find

We wanted to stay close to our family in Ohio City and this location was ideal. The unit was clean and the amenities well chosen. The property manager was quick to respond. We will most certainly consider this location for our next visit!

Very clean and exactly as listed

The owner did a fabulous job on the remodel of this home, it looks great! Very comfortable and plenty of space. There is a sliding door that could separate the living space and the bedroom to give you privacy if needed. The kitchen was well stocked, we didn't utilize the kitchen other than the refrigerator but there were pans, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. The owner even goes as far as to have coffee for the coffee pot and tangerines on the table :-) Very welcoming! The bathroom is perfect, has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo and the owner had shampoo, conditioner and body wash for travelers that may have forgotten to pack their own. Owner was great to communicate with, kept us up to date on our reservation, arrival and departure information. The neighborhood appears to be in the middle of revitalization, first glance doesn't seem great, but we did not have any issues. We were able to park on the street right in front of the house so it was easy to pack and unpack. Overall I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. Close to everything. 10-20 mins drive every place we went! Definitely a great place. Prompt response to needs!
