The Neighborhood:

Shaker Heights is one of Cleveland’s most historic and architecturally elegant neighborhoods. The RTA rail stop is a brief walk. Close proximity to downtown, museums, Cleveland Clinic, UH, University Circle, and Case Western University. The new Van Aken District features restaurants and shops are just up the street. Lots of shopping and nearby restaurants at Shaker Square as well.



Getting Around:

Using a car is the easiest way to get around but the RTA line is nearby (a short walk) and Uber/Lyft is usually available



Other Things to Note:

❊ This apartment is located on the 2nd level and 3rd level of a 3 floor home.

❊ Layout: Two bedrooms / 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom on the third floor (with full-size office)

❊ Garage parking is shared with downstairs tenant / 1 off-street garage parking space is included with the reservation (small cars or compact suv only)

❊ Street parking is free for extra vehicles-- however we must note that there are parking restrictions over night from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., unless information on your vehicle is submitted to the city. It is actually very easy so do not worry -- we will send you information on how to submit your vehicle information to the city to avoid on street parking issues
