We came for CIA graduation and had a great time. The house is centrally located. Walking distance to Little Italy and 25 min uber downtown. The house was stocled with all the amenities you'll need for your family! House is in University circle so many colle students around but surprisingly quite!!

This property's location is perfect! The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and we were able to walk to several of the places we wanted to go. If we couldn't walk, then usually it was about a 20 minute drive. Very convenient! Parking can be a bit of a challenge at the townhome. It is a small, shared lot and there were times that we we blocked in or out of our parking spot. The hosts can't do anything about this, though, and there was ample parking nearby.The only other issue we had is that while there were really nice extras in the kitchen (air fryer, Keurig, etc.), there was no colander, cooking oil, or salt & pepper. We, of course, expected to buy our own groceries, but we didn't anticipate that there wouldn't be any pantry basics at all. There was also only dinnerware for 6, which surprised us in a property that can easily sleep up to 10.The hosts are extremely responsive. Any questions or concerns we had, they responded to us immediately and they were always professional. Overall, we LOVED our stay at the property. The hosts are great to work with and you can't beat the location!

Check in was quick and property owner responded quickly when asked questions. There was suppose to be a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle. Most of the time we were parked in due to others parking illegally. Property owner has no control o er that so we just felt with it as it occurred

Very nice large place that accommodated the whole family, the kids loved the fuze-ball and poker table! Only issues we had were some parking issues, we have a large SUV and it was a small area to park and for awhile on one of the days someone parked in the opening to the parking area so we couldn't get in and had to find parking on the street. Definitely a pet friendly rental as there was quite a bit of pet hair on the rugs and furniture so we had to be mindful of what we wore when on the couches as it got over everything, but we made it work.
