Wonderful place to stay
The greenhouse was a very great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed our visit. It was very peaceful and clean. The owner was very kind and hospitable before and during our stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel back to Cleveland :)

Great place for a weekend
My husband and Father stayed here for a weekend Men's Conference and not was great! Communication from the host was phenomenal, very polite and very courteous!! Messaged before their arrival to ask what type of refreshments they enjoyed so it was readily available up on their arrival. Would definitely recommend this place!

Blessed Weekend
The guesthouse was a very neat and comfortable facility in a great little neighborhood. Very quiet, with hust the right "off the beaten path" mixed with easy access to all things Cleveland Tennessee and surrounding areas. The host is extraordinarily gracious and has a wonderful 98yo father I was blessed to have met as well. A very interesting young man... :)

Excellent in all aspects
Mr. Alan and family were very welcoming. Their guest house is very clean, organized, and beautiful and in a safe neighborhood. Prime location in Cleveland and close to everything. Definitely this guest house is the place to stay when visiting the Cleveland area in TN. We were very pleased with our stay and will not think twice on staying again in this magnificent place. Perfect tranquil setting. The space was perfect. Loved the inner “barn door” slider door as it came in handy. Up-to-date decor. Comfortable bed and couch. Privacy nice. Owner on premises was a reassuring plus. Nice rapport with Alan. Neighborhood with matured trees. Interesting and beautiful property with beautiful lighting! Alan makes great effort to enable his guests to be happy and comfortable, which is clear in every presentation! Thanks!

We rented this for my dad while was in town visiting. The location and size were great! Our host, Alan, was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to make sure my dad had everything he needed. We will be recommending Alan’s property to all of our friends and family.
